OUR ORIGIN
Damon Lee Johnson is the entrepreneur behind Black Circle Birthright, which is a founding member organization of the Visionary Xchange. Black Circle Birthright was conceived on 11/11/2024 with the passing of the Johnson family matriarch, Delores Maxine Johnson, and nine months later, Black Circle Birthright was born to the world in August of 2025.

Black Circle Birthright shares the significance of 11/11 with the Visionary Xchange. For us this date speaks to Oneness—a call to unity, love, and mutual support. It reflects the very essence of how our Johnson ancestors lived and what they imparted to our family; a spirit of togetherness that strengthened bonds, nurtured love, and ensured no one stood alone. Forever more, 11/11 and the 1111 Collective will be a reminder to the Johnson family of legacy and Oneness.

Today, Black Circle Birthright shares that spirit of Oneness with the South Florida community by facilitating and hosting High-Net-Worth Networking Events. The Inaugural High-Value Networking/Business Matchmaking series is branded, “The Visionary Xchange Legacy Series”.
