OUR LEGACY & HISTORY
The Visionary Xchange is a Family Legacy LLC created to safeguard, manage, and pass down to future generations of Johnson heirs, the assets & wealth, values, heritage, history, and traditions of the Oakwood Village, Ohio, Joel & Delores Johnson family.
This history began when in 1961, the family’s matriarch’s journey led her to Kalamazoo, Michigan where Delores met her beloved husband of over 60 years, Joel Johnson, and where they began their Johnson family legacy with the arrival of their cherished children, Dana and Damon. Eventually, in 1973, the young family settled in Ohio, in Oakwood Village, on a cul-de-sac called Milbury Court, fondly dubbed as the "Circle". The Johnson Matriarch and Patriarch served as beacons of love and guidance, prioritizing their family above all else, embodying the roles of nurturing parents, doting grandparents, and loving great-grandparents. Known for their open doors and warm hospitality, the "Circle" became a sanctuary for family gatherings and cherished memories for all generations.

The Visionary Xchange was born on 11/11/2024 with the passing of the Johnson family Matriarch, Delores Maxine Johnson. For the Johnson family, the significance of 11/11 speaks to Oneness—a call to unity, love, and mutual support. It reflects the very essence of how our Johnson ancestors lived and what they imparted throughout the Johnson family; a spirit of togetherness that strengthened bonds, nurtured love, and ensured no one stood alone. Forever more, 11/11 and the Visionary Xchange will be a reminder to the Johnson family of legacy and Oneness.

The Visionary Xchange serves as the Johnson family legacy parent company. Black Circle Birthright LLC and The House of Maxine LLC were the two founding member organizations establishing the Visionary Xchange.
